Citation plugin

This currently integrates with CiteULike and nothing else. makes use of the lovely BibTeXparse library.

syntax: you can create an automated citeulike reference by writing, for example

{{CUL>998855}}

create a reference which looks like this: ??

Here is the file.

If anyone else wants to help develop it, I’ll move to an SVN repository or something.
