====== Citation plugin ======
This currently integrates with CiteULike and nothing else. makes use of the lovely [[http://bibliophile.sourceforge.net|BibTeXparse]] library.

syntax:
 you can create an automated citeulike reference by writing, for example 
  {{CUL>998855}}
create a reference which looks like this:
{{CUL>998855}}

Here is the file.
{{meta:cite.20070107.tgz|}}

If anyone else wants to help develop it, I'll move to an SVN repository or something.
